A good garden deserves more than a Bluetooth speaker propped on the patio table. This Episode Landscape Series kit is a proper outdoor audio system built to disappear into the greenery while filling the whole space with even, natural sound. It pairs four discreet 4" satellite speakers with a 1000W two-channel amplifier, giving you a complete foundation for background music across a patio, pool area or entertainment lawn without the hot spots and dead zones you get from a single speaker pointed in one direction.
The Episode satellites are designed to blend into planting and landscaping rather than stand out from it. Their dark brown finish and compact form sit naturally among shrubs, beds and pathways, so guests hear the music long before they spot where it's coming from. Each speaker uses weather-resistant construction to handle the realities of an outdoor life in the Cape, from summer sun to the odd winter downpour, and a half-inch threaded mount that works with standard landscape lighting accessories for flexible placement.
Each satellite is a genuine two-way design, pairing a 4" woofer with a responsive three-quarter-inch aluminium dome tweeter for crisp, accurate highs. The wide dispersion pattern is the part that matters most outdoors, spreading sound across a broader area so coverage stays consistent as you move around the garden instead of dropping off the moment you step away from a speaker. Spreading four satellites around a space gives you the kind of even, ambient sound that suits entertaining far better than one or two louder boxes.
This kit is built around an Episode hybrid amplifier rated at 1000W across two channels, and the whole system runs in either 8-ohm or 70V configuration. For a typical home garden the 8-ohm setup is simple and effective. If you want to cover a larger property or add more speakers down the line, switching to 70V lets you run long cable distances and expand the system without the usual headaches. Preconfigured DSP settings inside the amplifier are already matched to these speakers, so the system sounds right out of the box, with room to fine-tune parameters for your specific layout.
A hidden tap switch on each satellite means that, in 70V mode, you can set the level on a speaker-by-speaker basis. That lets you keep the music gentle near seating and conversation areas and bring it up across open lawn or near the pool, so the whole garden feels balanced rather than loud in one corner and faint in another.
Because the system is hybrid and DSP-matched, it makes a clean starting point for a larger custom install. You can add satellites or bring in a burial subwoofer for deeper low end whenever the budget allows. Note that the satellites require a mounting accessory, such as a ground stake, tree mount, surface mount or junction box, which is selected to suit each install and is not included in this kit.
