The OWM3 is a small speaker built to be useful in more places than most, mounting on a wall in either orientation or sitting on a shelf as the room requires.
Polk's constant charge technology addresses the fundamental limit of a small sealed box, which is that modest enclosure volume normally means modest bass. Output reaches lower than the cabinet size would lead anyone to expect.
Keyhole hangers and threaded inserts on both the back and the base mean the same speaker takes a bracket, a stand or a bare wall without accessories bought separately for each job.
As surround channels it disappears against a wall, and as a compact stereo pair it suits a study or a second room. Sensitivity is high enough that a modest amplifier drives it properly rather than merely audibly.
