Paradigm Premier 500C is a three-way centre speaker that gives dialogue its own dedicated midrange rather than asking the bass drivers to cover every voice. That architecture is especially useful across a broad sofa, where a simple two-way centre can change character away from the middle seat.
A one-inch X-PAL tweeter and four-inch aluminium midrange sit between two 5.5-inch bass drivers. PPA lenses shape their output around the crossover regions, and the sealed cabinet allows more predictable placement near a wall or inside open-fronted furniture.
Use the 500C with Premier left and right speakers when tonal consistency across the screen matters. Its 59 cm width needs to be measured against the television stand, and the baffle should be kept unobstructed rather than pushed behind a cabinet lip.
