Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G is a narrow three-way tower that balances serious bass extension with a cabinet that does not dominate the room. It suits a main stereo system or the front of a cinema where detail and placement flexibility both matter.
Monitor Audio builds the Silver 300 7G around a C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter with UD Waveguide II and Rigid Surface Technology II cone profiles. Its twin six-inch woofers have their own low-frequency range, leaving the three-inch midrange to handle voices and instruments with less excursion.
The slim baffle makes the 300 easier to position than the larger 500, but its rear reflex ports still need sensible wall clearance. Partner it with an amplifier comfortable into four ohms and spend time on spacing before reaching for tone controls.
