The Monitor Audio Radius One houses the left, centre and right front channels in one slim cabinet, creating a clean home-cinema installation above or below a television. Unlike an active soundbar, it connects to three amplified channels on an AV receiver, retaining independent LCR sound and full receiver control.
Monitor Audio's C-CAM bass/mid drivers are paired with C-CAM Gold Dome tweeters across all three channels. Voices remain firmly connected to the screen, while music and film effects have the clarity and separation expected from a dedicated passive speaker system.
Its shallow cabinet works neatly on an AV unit and can also be wall-mounted with the correct bracket. Add a compatible subwoofer for the deeper bass content in films and music, leaving the Radius One to handle the front soundstage.
Demo unit condition: This speaker has a couple of light cosmetic scratches from display use. It is fully operational and playing beautifully. The marks do not affect its acoustic performance.
