The SourcePoint 888 gives a full-size floorstanding system to rooms that need more bass capacity than the SourcePoint standmounts. Its concentric driver covers the midrange and treble, while two dedicated woofers take over below the first crossover point.
A vented three-way cabinet and faceted front baffle keep the driver layout controlled rather than visually busy. Five-way binding posts support normal speaker-cable terminations, and the removable grilles let the room keep a calmer look when the system is not being used critically.
Black Ash, Walnut and White finishes are separate colour variants at the same pair price. The cabinets ship individually, which is worth allowing for when arranging access to the listening room.
