Marantz Horizon is a self-contained reference wireless speaker for a lounge, bedroom or open-plan area where a stack of separate components would work against the interior. It combines stereo and spatial processing in a rounded fabric-covered cabinet.
Marantz Rise GaN amplification drives one 6.5 inch bass driver, three 2 inch wideband units and two 1 inch tweeters, with Mirage DSP shaping the array for the room. On the Horizon, HEOS supplies network services and multi-room playback, while HDMI eARC, optical, analogue and USB connections handle sources beyond app streaming.
The Horizon's AuraControl ring provides direct volume adjustment when a phone is not to hand. A Horizon can sit on furniture or use its model-specific Marantz stand and wall accessories when the room calls for a more deliberate position.
