MartinLogan Motion Foundation F1 is a slim three-way tower for rooms that need floorstanding scale without the width of the larger F2. The F1's Satin White cabinet gives the speaker a lighter visual presence while the black baffle keeps attention on the drivers.
The F1 combines a Folded Motion tweeter, a 5.5-inch aluminium midrange and three matching 5.5-inch bass drivers. That dedicated midrange keeps voices clear while the woofer array shares the work needed for lower notes and higher playback levels.
Its narrow front baffle is easy to place beside a television or in a compact stereo setup, though the rear ports still benefit from some distance to the wall. Add a subwoofer for the lowest cinema effects, or run the towers alone for a tidy music system.
