The Forte IV is one of the most beloved speakers in the Klipsch Heritage range, a three-way horn-loaded floorstander whose distinctive rear passive radiator gives it surprising bass weight for its size. It delivers the energetic, room-filling Heritage sound in a more compact cabinet than the Cornwall.
A 12 inch woofer is augmented by a 15 inch rear-mounted passive radiator, with horn-loaded midrange and a titanium compression tweeter handling everything above. At 99 dB sensitivity it pairs happily with modestly powered amplifiers. Sold each, in Black Ash and American Walnut veneers.
