The long, narrow escutcheon of the BBLS31B gives apartments, offices and managed rooms a complete smart-lock faceplate without making the door look industrial. Black and silver versions cover the two finishes most often used with contemporary lever hardware.
Residents or staff can have separate credentials instead of sharing one code. The access record remains available in TTLock, which makes the handle easier to oversee when several people use the same entrance.
Six mortice sizes allow the listing to cover narrow aluminium-style preparations as well as deeper timber-door backsets. The selected mortice is included in the variant cost and must match the door before installation begins.
Important: Please confirm the correct mortice-lock backset before ordering. Mortice locks cannot be exchanged or returned once ordered. This smart handle is supplied without an 80 mm barrel/cylinder.
Measure from the front edge of the door to the centreline of the handle spindle or cross-bore hole. Use that millimetre dimension to choose 25 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm or 70 mm. The diagram illustrates the same backset measurement in inches.
