Some internal doors need controlled access without a full escutcheon running down the door face. The BBLN31B keeps the hardware compact with a rose-mounted smart lever and a 60 mm soft-close latch supplied as part of the set.
It works well for offices, bedrooms and managed rooms where different users need their own access credentials. TTLock records activations and supports an optional remote-management path without changing the clean lever format.
The latch backset is fixed at 60 mm, so this product only needs a colour selection. Escutcheons are sold separately and should be allowed for when the door preparation needs additional trim.
Important: This model includes a 60 mm soft-close latch. Confirm that backset before ordering because the latch cannot be exchanged or returned once ordered. Escutcheons and an 80 mm barrel/cylinder are not included.
Measure from the front edge of the door to the centreline of the spindle or cross-bore hole. The measurement must be 60 mm for the supplied soft-close latch. The diagram shows the same backset principle in inches.
