This listing combines the handle with the selected 50 mm, 60 mm or 70 mm mortice lock. It suits a new installation or replacement where the door preparation can be measured before the hardware is ordered.
Important: Please confirm the correct mortice-lock backset before ordering. Mortice locks cannot be exchanged or returned once ordered. This smart handle is supplied without an 80 mm barrel/cylinder.
Measure horizontally from the front edge of the door, where the mortice faceplate sits, to the centreline of the handle spindle or cross-bore hole. Select 50 mm, 60 mm or 70 mm to match that measurement. The diagram shows the same measurement principle in inches.
