Bowers & Wilkins 603 S3 Floorstander
603 S3 is the largest floorstanding model in the 600 Series, aimed at listeners who want more scale from a stereo pair or home cinema front stage. It is a natural fit for larger rooms where a compact stand-mount speaker would have to work too hard.
The design combines a Titanium Dome tweeter with a Continuum cone FST midrange driver and dedicated bass drivers. That division of work gives voices and instruments a clear place in the mix while allowing the cabinet to move more air in the lower registers.
It is a straightforward way to build a full-range 600 Series system, especially when paired with the matching centre and surround models.
