The Ajax Hub 2 Plus is the central control panel for a professional Ajax alarm system, designed for residential, commercial, and larger security installations. It collects information from connected Ajax devices, manages alarms, sends notifications, and provides the communication backbone between the property, users, and compatible monitoring companies.
With Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and dual SIM support over 2G, 3G, and LTE networks, the Hub 2 Plus is built for stable external communication. If one communication channel becomes unavailable, the system can switch to another channel, helping maintain alarm reporting, app control, and monitoring connectivity.
The Hub 2 Plus supports photo verification from MotionCam detectors using Ajax Wings radio technology. When motion is detected and an alarm is raised, the system can transmit visual confirmation to users and monitoring apps, helping verify what triggered the alarm more quickly.
Designed for larger and more flexible Ajax installations, the Hub 2 Plus supports up to 200 devices, 200 users, 100 cameras or DVRs, 50 rooms, and 25 security groups. This makes it suitable for homes, offices, retail stores, warehouses, estates, and commercial premises where security zoning and user access control are important.
The Hub 2 Plus is also designed for reliable long-term operation, with tamper protection, jamming detection alerts, backup battery operation, and automatic system updates through Ajax OS Malevich. It is supplied ready for installation with a SmartBracket mounting panel, power cable, Ethernet cable, installation kit, and user guide.
